New Year, New Prices!
Happy New Year!
We know you’re already into the swing of things for January 2019 and we hope that you’ve been happily reflecting on where you’ve been and where you’re going this year.
2018 was an amazing year for us with the refocusing of Capturing Spaces (and we have a lot of blogging to catch up on from some of the amazing events we took part in over the year). Keeping our focus tight on real estate and architectural photography allows us to provide personal customer service while doing everything in-house for you, including floor plans. We are professional photographers and we don’t outsource our work to any ‘technicians.’
Not ones to rest on our laurels though, we constantly strive to make the experience better for our clients. And with that in mind, we realized that the pricing scheme in our local real estate photography industry has gotten way too confusing! Other companies are charging not only per square foot but also depending on to whom they are outsourcing their services. Plus, these values change greatly depending on whether you’re asking for just photos, just VR tours, or both. And then when you add floor plans on top of that, well, the prices are skyrocketing!
To tackle these concerns in the industry, we took the confusion out of ordering photos, VR tours, and floor plans. We’re proud to say we are the only photographers with 20 years of experience in the Lower Mainland who are bundling amazing still photos and VR tours at one low price! Floor plans are now just a minimal add-on.
Why are we doing this? Why wouldn’t we? We know that you need every tool in your toolbox to sell that home fast and we want to give you what you need, done by true professionals, with an ethical pricing structure.
That’s right – one low price for both VR tours and 20 MLS photos, all based on the industry standard price per square footage.
So, if you haven’t given Capturing Spaces a try yet, book your listing with us today and see what our excellent customer service at reasonable pricing is all about!
Writer, geek, Mom, wife, friend – in no particular order, just like my house.
